Privacy notice.

LaunchCraft Studio is an independent creative service based in Australia. This notice describes our website enquiries, client administration and Voice Academy member access.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, project details, selected services, launch date, budget range and any links or materials you choose to provide. If you become a client, we may also keep your agreed brief, communications, invoices and project files. Please do not submit passwords, card details, financial account details or sensitive personal information through the public form.

How we use your information

We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, communicate about projects, provide agreed services, maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell your enquiry information or add you to a marketing mailing list merely because you contact us.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, and our enquiry form uses Netlify Forms. Your submitted details are processed and stored through that service. We may also use email, cloud storage, payment services and creative production tools as reasonably necessary for an agreed project. We may share relevant materials with those providers for the purpose of delivering the service. Where a project involves AI-assisted tools, we will discuss material use and relevant data or licensing considerations before proceeding.

We do not currently operate our own advertising-tracking pixels or analytics cookies on this website. The hosting provider may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the site. If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies later, we will update this notice and implement any required consent arrangements.

Voice Academy accounts and progress

Netlify Identity provides private member sign-in, invitations and password recovery. It processes your account email, authentication details and access permissions. Use its secure account forms for passwords; do not send passwords through our enquiry form or email.

Your lesson completion checkboxes are saved in this browser’s local storage under your member account identifier. They are not currently synchronised between devices. Clearing browser data can remove this progress. Sign-in uses cookies needed to maintain and protect your session.

For paid enrolment, Stripe processes the email and billing details needed for checkout and recurring payments. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure checkout. LaunchCraft does not collect them through its website forms.

For custom song and book orders, we retain the project brief and an order reference in private order storage on Netlify. The order reference links the brief to Stripe checkout and payment confirmation. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored in our project brief. The order form does not add you to a marketing list. A checkout reference and confirmation identifier are kept in this browser tab’s session storage so you can refresh the confirmation page and finish your brief. They are not used for advertising. If you close the tab before submitting your details, contact the studio with your payment receipt for help.

Retention and your requests

We retain enquiry and client records only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information where appropriate by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
