Terms of Service
These terms are a plain-language starting point for LaunchCraft Studio client projects. Project-specific scope, price and timing are confirmed in the accepted quote.
1. Services and scope
LaunchCraft Studio provides agreed creative and promotional services such as graphics, short-form videos, captions, promotional copy and launch planning. The accepted quote or written project agreement defines the deliverables for each project.
2. Client materials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming they have permission to use any photos, music, video, logos, artwork, trademarks or other materials they supply.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, projects of A$100 or more require a 50% initial payment before work begins and the remaining balance before final high-resolution delivery. Smaller projects may require full payment upfront.
4. Revisions
Revisions are limited to the number included in the selected package and should remain within the original brief. Significant changes in direction or additional deliverables may require a revised quote.
5. Timing
Any delivery date depends on timely receipt of client materials, approvals and feedback. Client delays may move the project timeline.
6. Results
LaunchCraft Studio supplies creative and promotional services but does not guarantee sales, streams, views, followers, platform approval, rankings, revenue or viral performance.
7. Final files and working files
After full payment, clients receive the agreed rights to use the final approved deliverables. Editable working files, unused concepts and internal production files are not included unless stated in the quote.
8. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has started, LaunchCraft Studio may charge or retain an amount reasonably reflecting work already completed and costs incurred, subject to applicable consumer rights.
9. Portfolio use
LaunchCraft Studio may ask permission to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing. Clients may request that a project remain private.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
