Standard cleaning for homes in regularly maintained condition. We agree on your priority areas first and work through them within the time booked—not promise every room in a fixed number of hours.

Ask about an A$65 introductory priority clean for selected nearby Canberra homes. One cleaner for one hour, focused on agreed tasks—not a whole-home clean. Eligibility and availability are confirmed individually.
This selective introduction is for eligible nearby Canberra homes only. Standard one-off and recurring visits have a 2-hour minimum in Canberra (A$130). Regional visits have a 3-hour minimum (A$195); the one-hour introduction is not available regionally.

Canberra local time. Every visit is subject to availability and personal confirmation. This is not a 24-hour service.
Serving all Canberra suburbs, with regional visits by arrangement. Ask about your suburb or town: regional coverage and visit times are confirmed individually. Regional bookings require at least 3 hours of cleaning (A$195 at A$65 per cleaner-hour).
What does “per cleaner-hour” mean?
One hour of one cleaner's work. The Canberra minimum is 2 hours with one cleaner, A$130. The regional minimum is 3 hours with one cleaner, A$195. The service offered here is one cleaner; extra time requires your approval.
Will the whole home be finished?
Not necessarily. Time depends on condition, size and priorities. We agree on the scope first. Any additional time or work needs your approval.
Is my enquiry a confirmed booking?
No. Please wait for personal confirmation of the date, scope, total price and terms. Send an enquiry first. Your appointment is confirmed personally after we agree on the details.
Payment, cancellations and refunds
Payment: Full payment is due after Daywell Cleaning confirms your booking and before the visit.
If you cancel: If you cancel before cleaning starts, you receive a full refund.
If Daywell cancels: You can choose a full refund or another appointment.
If there is a problem with the service: Daywell Cleaning will work to resolve it. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
